Behr America Appoints Brogowicz Director of Corporate Human Resources

TROY, Mich., June 10 -- John F. Brogowicz has been appointed Behr America's director of corporate human resources, according to Hans Lange, the company's president.

In his new position, Brogowicz will be responsible for developing Behr's North America workforce to meet the evolving business, technological and manufacturing requirements of the automotive industry.

Previously, he was corporate director and vice president of human resources for Delco Remy International Inc. and its subsidiary Tractech Inc. Prior to joining Delco Remy, he was division director of human resources for Valeo Wiper Systems North America. Before that, he was vice president of human resources for GenCorp Sealing Systems.

Brogowicz is a member of the Industrial Relations Research Association, the American Society of Employers and the Society of Human Resources Management.

He holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration and a master of arts degree in industrial relations from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He has three children and lives in Shelby Township with his youngest daughter.
