Vietnam Local Car Sales Surge 33.9%

HANOI June 8, 2003: Dow Jones reported that Domestic car sales by automobile joint ventures in Vietnam rose 33.9% on year to 13,013 units in January to May, the country's Automobile Manufacturers Association, or VAMA, said Monday.
