Reynolds and Karmak Announce Hardware Support Agreement

DAYTON, Ohio, June 4 -- The Reynolds and Reynolds Company today announced a three-year agreement with Karmak, Inc., through which Reynolds has been designated the recommended provider of hardware services for Karmak dealer information systems.

Karmak is a leading provider of computer systems and business management systems in the heavy-duty truck industry.

The agreement follows the establishment of an alliance between the two companies in November 2002 through which Reynolds and Karmak will cooperate in the distribution of integrated management system solutions to dealers holding both auto and truck franchises.
