For immediate release / May 30, 2003 CASCAR AND PETERBOROUGH SPEEDWAY ANNOUNCE TITLE SPONSOR FOR JUNE 7th SUPER SERIES EVENT: THE "DODGE DEALERS OF ONTARIO 200" PETERBOROUGH, ON - CASCAR and Peterborough Speedway jointly announced this morning that a title sponsor has been secured for the June 7th CASCAR Super Series event at Peterborough Speedway. The event will officially be named the "DODGE DEALERS OF ONTARIO 200". The Dodge Dealers of Ontario are the exclusive title rights holders to the event, and are set to deliver a fantastic evening of top-level stock car racing to motorsports fans throughout the Peterborough and Kawartha area. The Dodge Dealers of Ontario consists of 150 Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep dealers throughout the province. CASCAR is proud to have Dodge as the Official Vehicle of CASCAR, and many top CASCAR teams are competing in Intrepids for the 2003 Championship battle. "The Dodge Dealers of Ontario are very excited to be the title sponsor for the CASCAR Super Series event on June 7th at Peterborough Speedway," said John Stewart of the Chrysler Dealers Advertising Association of Ontario. "We wish to take this chance to offer all the drivers the best of luck in the Dodge Dealers of Ontario 200, and we look forward to seeing you at the event." Dodge vehicles will also be put into action during the race, filling the role of Official Pace Car and also providing vehicles for the safety and clean-up crews. Peterborough Speedway is known as Canada's fastest 1/3 mile oval, and always produces exciting racing as the drivers run door-to-door throughout the race on the tight track. Many CASCAR drivers refer to the track as "Canada's Bristol".
