EMERYVILLE, Calif.--May 30, 2003--Netopia, Inc. , a market leader in broadband equipment, software and services, today announced that EarthLink, Inc. has selected the Netopia R5300 router for use with EarthLink's new Extended DSL product. By packaging Netopia's R5300 router with Extended DSL, EarthLink overcomes DSL distance limitations in 91 cities with all the performance, security and routing capabilities required by demanding business customers.
