AutoInfo, Inc. Announces New $1.5 Million Credit Facility with Wachovia Bank
BOCA RATON, Fla.--May 27, 2003--AutoInfo, Inc. (OTCBB:AUTO), a non-asset based third party logistics service provider, today announced the completion of a $1.5 million credit facility with Wachovia Bank secured by accounts receivable.The loan provides for interest at prime plus 1/2% per annum. This facility replaces the Company's existing $500,000 credit facility which bore interest at 17% per annum.
