    PORTLAND, Ore.--May 22, 2003--Cascade Corporation, , Robert C. Warren, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer of Cascade Corporation announced that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $.10.
    The dividend will be paid on July 11, 2003 to shareholders of record on June 28, 2003.
