ArvinMeritor's Light Vehicle Systems Business Group Announces Vice President Appointments
TROY, Mich., May 22, 2003 -- ArvinMeritor Inc. today announced two vice president appointments in its Light Vehicle Systems business group. Michael Muzzin has been appointed vice president, Europe, Sales and Marketing, and William Clark has been appointed vice president, DaimlerChrysler and affiliates, Sales and Marketing.

Muzzin joined the company in 1999 and previously served as senior director, Advanced Module Sales. Before joining ArvinMeritor, he worked at Valeo Engine Cooling Inc. as customer director for DaimlerChrysler.
Muzzin holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and a master of business administration degree from the University of Michigan, as well as a degree in international studies from the University of Michigan and the University of Munich. Fluent in German, Muzzin will have global responsibility for all European based OEMs. Muzzin and his family currently reside in Farmington Hills, Mich.
Clark previously served as director, Commercial and Program Management, Undercarriage Modules. He has 15 years of experience with the company. Before joining ArvinMeritor, Clark held various positions at General Motors, where he worked for 15 years.
Clark holds a bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Western Michigan University and a master of business administration degree in finance from Detroit's Wayne State University. He was born and raised in the Detroit area. He and his family currently reside in Shelby Township, Mich.
