    About IntelliVector EES

IntelliVector EES combines several technology components that are fundamental in bridging call center based emergency voice and data systems to the existing 9-1-1 voice and data systems. The IntelliVector Positioning Server (IPS) is the cornerstone system managing the customer system interfaces, customer event specific data, telephony routing rules and Automatic Location Identification (ALI) interfaces. The Coordinate Routing Database maintains an up-to-date geo-coded PSAP database enabling the IPS to deliver the correct routing instructions to the customer systems. The unique combination of these systems enable IntelliVector EES customers to interface emergency voice and data seamlessly with the appropriate PSAP nationwide regardless of the location of the subscriber or supporting customer call center.
