Dimension Data Announces Business Agreement With Volkswagen of America, Inc.

Dimension Data Blends Process, Strategy, and Technology to Deliver Integration, Web Development, and Managed Services to Volkswagen's Online Sites

RESTON, Va., May 21 -- Dimension Data Holdings plc

(LONDON: DDT) , a global technology company, announced that Volkswagen of America, Inc. has chosen it as its interactive partner of record to provide technology services for the Volkswagen brand. As part of the agreement, Dimension Data will provide application management and maintenance services in addition to application development, e-business consulting and project management services.

Dimension Data began working with Volkswagen of America in September 2002 to transition the maintenance support for its key applications from a previous partner. Dimension Data conducted its Surveyor for Applications to assess the existing applications environment, requirements and skill sets necessary to ensure uptime and to meet pre-determined service level agreements on Volkswagen's www.vw.com sites for the U.S. and Canada. Dimension Data will also provide content support for the applications within the program.
