Winnepeg karter and Barber Dodge Pro Series driver signs representation
agreement

UXBRIDGE, ONTARIO - The newly formed Russ Bond Agency has announced the
signing of Winnipeg, MB's Ward Imrie to a multi year representation contract.

"One of the things we wanted to do was to help young drivers with more than
just press releases," RBA owner Russ Bond said. "The signing of Ward is the
first step in this process. We are currently working on a very exciting
plan that could benefit Ward for years to come. While we are not ready to
announce our plans for Ward just yet, we were far enough along that we
needed to formalize our previous verbal arrangement with Ward."

Imrie has made his way up the racing ladder through karting and is widely
regarded as on of the most promising young Canadian drivers. Currently he
is competing under the Barber Dodge Scholarship program in three rounds of
the 2003 Barber Dodge Pro Series. He will be competing at the Molson Indy
Toronto, Molson Indy Montreal and the Molson Indy Vancouver.

Imrie, for his part is happy to be represented by RBA. "I have known Russ
for years, and I am happy to be represented by RBA."

The signing of Imrie represents the end of a very busy first month for RBA.
Already RBA has finalized agreements for their press-related services to
Inside Track Communications, where Bond is an editor-at-large. "Inside
Track Communications has always been really good to me. I will still
provide my entire regular content to Inside Track and Inside Karting. The
ownership of Inside Track Communications is really behind what I am trying
to do - without their support, the agency just wouldn't have been possible."
RBA's other clients include, the Sunoco Ron Fellows Karting Championship
presented by Toronto Star Wheels, the Ontario Pro Challenge Series, Hot
Wheels FV 1200 driver Frank Launi and top ranked junior karter Daniel Morad.

The new agency has also recruited several top journalists to help the
agency grow. "I am happy to have worked out an agreement with Jim Leggett
and Paul Pedicelli to provide our services to Quebec based clients," Bond
said. "We also have a good working relationship with Joe Santos, who is
based in England. He will be able to provide our services to Canadians that
race in Europe."
