CASCAR AND PETERBOROUGH SPEEDWAY ANNOUNCE PRESS CONFERENCE

PETERBOROUGH, ON - CASCAR and Peterborough Speedway jointly announced this 
morning that they will conduct a press conference on Tuesday, May 20, 2003. 
The event will take place at 1:00 p.m. at the Peterborough Lion's Club, 
located on the southwest corner of Hunter and Burnham Streets.

Several CASCAR drivers will be on hand, in addition to JP Josiasse, 
president of Peterborough Speedway, and Tony Novotny, president of CASCAR. 
The group will discuss an addition to the 2003 CASCAR Super Series Schedule.

12:30 p.m.		Doors open at the Lion's Club
1:00 p.m.		Media conference begins

The CASCAR Super Series is Canada's top level of stock car racing, with 12 
events held in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia. Over 150 
race teams across the country compete in CASCAR's three series: the EMCO 
Western Series, CARQUEST Sportsman Series, and the Super Series.

Directions, from Toronto.
Take the 401 West to the 35 / 115 exit. Go north and stay on 115, which 
turns into the 'Peterborough By-Pass' / Hwy 7 on its way toward the east 
side of Peterborough. Proceed to the Ashburnham Dr., and head north on 
Ashburnham until turning left on Maria St. Proceed west on Maria and then 
turn right (north) at Burnham. Proceed to Hunter. The Lion's Club is 
located beside the baseball park.
