NAMARS PR: "Thursday Night Lighning" Opens tonight!....

JB MILLER 100 POSTPONED TO MAY 15TH

Speedway, IN  Inclimate weather in the Indianapolis area postponed the JB Miller 100 to Thursday May 15th.  The UMRA TQ MidgetCars will return to the Indianapolis Speedrome along with the NAMARS Regional MidgetCars and the Kenyon MidgetCars.  All tickets and pit passes will be honored for the rescheduled event.  The Season Opener will be in memory of JB Miller and benefit the JB Miller Memorial Racing Scholarship Fund.  The Fund is one of the charities wholeheartedly supported by NAMARS. 

The Season Opener for the 2003 Thursday Night Lightning Series will be a huge event marking the beginning of the most exciting season yet of side-by-side, open wheel action at the Indianapolis Speedrome.  And with the support of the JB Miller Memorial Racing Scholarship Fund, we should see many of the drivers who raced with JB attend - many drivers who don't normally race MidgetCarsT, or haven't been in one for a some time, have already inquired about racing in this special event.
