Kyle Krisiloff Signs w/Dorricott Racing

        BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (May 13, 2003) - Phyllis Dorricott confirmed
today that Kyle Krisiloff, of Carmel, Ind., has signed to drive with
Dorricott Racing for the remainder of the 2003 Toyota Atlantic
Championship. He joins Luis Diaz, of Mexico City, who is in his second
season with Dorricott Racing. 
        
        Krisiloff will drive the No. 13 US Grand Prix F1 / 21st Century
Technology Swift 014.a. His first race with Dorricott Racing will be at The
Milwaukee Mile on the final weekend of May.

        "It's a great opportunity to run with Dorricott Racing," said
Krisiloff. "I feel we have already developed a strong relationship after
recently completing our first test session at Portland. I am working with a
talented crew and have the type of support within the team that makes me
believe we have good things coming our way. I'm gelling with the crew and
feel extremely comfortable joining this organization."

        The 17-year-old Krisiloff joins Dorricott Racing for his first
full-time season in the Toyota Atlantic Championship. He made his Atlantic
debut at Toronto last season and competed in the final six Atlantic races
for United States Grand Prix F1/Patrick Racing earning a season best finish
of 13th place in the finale at Denver.

        "Kyle's enthusiasm and knowledge of racing is no surprise," said

shown at the first test conducted with the team at Portland is reflective
of many former Dorricott drivers that have been successful in winning races
and championships for Dorricott Racing. We look forward to working with
Kyle and providing him with the right tools to help him advance his career,
and using Kyle's talent to help the team continue with another successful
season."

        Krisiloff competed apart from Dorricott Racing in the first two
Atlantic races this season at Monterey, Mexico, and Long Beach. He scored
an Atlantic career-best finish of ninth place in round two at Long Beach in
April after starting 12th.

        The season opener at Monterey was less favorable when a parade lap
incident ended his race before it began. Krisiloff qualified 12th but as he
rounded a blind corner he encountered Romain Dumas centered and stopped on
the track. Krisiloff made an evasive move to the inside to avoid contact
but his right rear clipped Dumas's left rear. The resulting suspension
damage sidelined his car and led to an official ruling that he "did not
start (DNS)" the race.

        Krisiloff's level of experience belies his age. In 2001, Krisiloff
won the Formula Ford National Championship in the Valvoline SCCA Run-Offs.
Additionally, he raced in 22 SCCA Formula Ford events and scored six wins,
six pole positions, and 11 podium finishes. He finished second place in the
SCCA CenDiv points.

        Krisiloff was a factory driver for KLS Racing and ShiftKart during
the 1999 and 2000 seasons. His SKUSA competition in 2000 included two wins,
two pole positions, and three podium visits.

        Between 1995 and 1999, Krisiloff compiled over 320 feature wins in
Quarter Midget competitions including nine Grand National Championships and
20 track records.

        Krisiloff is the son of former Champ Car driver and current Patrick
Racing Director of Operations Steve Krisiloff. His mother, Josie, is the
sister of Indianapolis Motor Speedway President Tony George.

        The 2003 Toyota Atlantic Championship is the 14th year that
Dorricott Racing has fielded an open-wheel racing team. It has evolved into
one of motorsports most successful organizations and proudly holds series'
championships in three of the past four years. Besides claiming runner-up
honors in the 2000 Dayton Indy Lights Championship, Dorricott Racing won
the 1999 and 2001 Dayton Indy Lights Championship and the 2002 Toyota
Atlantic Championship.

        Dorricott Racing alumni have succeeded worldwide in open-wheel
racing and other highly regarded motorsports series. Former drivers include
