--WHAT: "Rally Thru The Valley: 2003 California Fuel Cell Partnership Road Rally" begins its three-day, 400-mile caravan of six hydrogen-fueled, fuel cell electric vehicles through California at the State Capitol. The Event will demonstrate the capabilities and technology of fuel cell mobility and will celebrate California's Clean Air Month. Public events, including test-ride and interview opportunities, will be held at the start of the Rally, and throughout the trip.
