FinishMaster Announces CARSTAR Agreement

    INDIANAPOLIS--May 12, 2003--FinishMaster, Inc. today announced it has entered into an agreement with CARSTAR to service CARSTAR Franchisee locations on a national basis. This agreement will provide for consistent delivery and service nationwide for paint and related material.
