Ceradyne, Inc. to Participate in Fifth Annual AeA Micro Cap Financial Conference
COSTA MESA, Calif.--May 9, 2003--Ceradyne, Inc. (Company) , represented by Chief Executive Officer Joel Moskowitz and Chief Financial Officer Jerrold Pellizzon, will participate in the Fifth Annual AeA Micro Cap Financial Conference being held May 12-14, 2003, at the Monterey Plaza Hotel in Monterey, California.Limited to 100 companies, the three-day conference provides executives an opportunity to discuss their companies' businesses, growth strategies, and outlook with the financial community.
On Wednesday, May 14, Moskowitz will present a general overview of the Company. In a series of 30-minute breakout sessions in the afternoon, Moskowitz and Pellizzon will give full presentations to analysts, portfolio managers, and key technology investors.
A live broadcast of the first breakout session, including presentation and Q&A, is scheduled to begin at 1:15 p.m. Pacific and will be accessible through the Company's web site, www.ceradyne.com.
