DEARBORN, Mich., May 9, 2003 -- Amerigon Incorporated today announced that it has rescheduled the release date of its first quarter results to Tuesday, May 13, 2003, at 7:30 a.m. (Eastern), and will host a conference call to be broadcast live on the Internet at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern) that same day. The release date and conference call were previously scheduled for Monday, May 12, 2003.
