Ultimate Security Systems Corporation Retains Shulman & Associates As Advisors
IRVINE, Calif., May 9, 2003 -- Ultimate Security Systems Corporation today announced that it has retained the firm of Shulman & Associates as financial consultants to assist the vehicle security company's growth.
Shulman & Associates, a Florida-based consulting firm specializing in corporate strategies, will help Ultimate Securities Systems Corp. (USSC) complete its recent merger with ImmunoTechnology (BULLETIN BOARD: IMNT) , assist in capital raising activities, and acquire companies with complimentary product lines and distribution channels.
Ultimate Security Systems Corporation (USSC) of Irvine, Calif. developed and patented Power Lock(TM), the only solid-state vehicle security system that is guaranteed to prevent any vehicle from being hot-wired and driven away. The product attaches permanently to a vehicle's starter motor and cannot be circumvented by cutting and jumping ignition wires, the "hot-wiring" technique used by professional car thieves in the vast majority of stolen car cases nationwide.
"We were impressed with Shulman & Associates' track record, and we believe they can help take USSC to the next level," said James Cooper, CEO of USSC.
"We are pleased to join the USSC team," said Manny Shulman, president of Shulman & Associates. "We look forward to helping the company acquire other vehicle-related entities and grow to become a dominant player in the automotive aftermarket industry," he said.
Since 1990, Shulman & Associates has become responsible for equity debt investments and mergers and acquisitions totaling more than $500 million. Shulman said he looks for companies that are well-managed because a good management team is capable of implementing a strategic plan.
