GARY ALTIG TAKES 600cc SERIES OPENER

Pittsfield, IL  Mechanicsburg, Illinois' Gary Altig bested all twenty five 600cc MidgetCar competitors Saturday Night at Pike County Speedway to win the Inaugural NAMARS 600cc MidgetCar Series race over Randy Huddleston, Josh Agans, Brad Loyett, and Bryce Kremer.  Cam Dodson looked to sweep the Event by setting quick time, winning his heat race, and the TNT Action sports Dash for Cash, only to hit the wall early in the feature race while battling for the lead.  Brent Beauchamp leads the Series points chase into the Indianapolis Speedrome on Thursday, May 29th.
