Anderson Economic Group Acquires Retail Market Assessment Firm

    LANSING, Mich.--May 7, 2003--Anderson Economic Group, a Lansing-based consulting firm, announced today its acquisition of the retail and market assessment firm SM Vokes & Associates.
    As part of the acquisition, Sharon M. Vokes, former principal of the Oakland County, Mich., firm, has joined Anderson Economic Group as director of the firm's Market Assessment practice. Vokes' background features extensive knowledge of the retail industry from her past work with Federated Department Stores, Target Corporation, and Urban Science.
