Impark Announces Postponement of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

    VANCOUVER, British Columbia--May 1, 2003--Imperial Parking Corporation ("Impark") (AMEX: IPK) announced today that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders previously scheduled for Friday, May 16, 2003 will be postponed until June or the early summer of this year.
    A further announcement will be made once a new date has been set.
