ISVG and SkyberCorp Team With IntraGlobis In Brazil; Navigational and Tracking Application License Agreement Negotiated

HOUSTON--May 1, 2003--Wireless industry innovators Integrated Services Group Inc. (OTC-PK:ISVG) and SkyberCorp Inc., are pleased to announce an agreement with IntraGlobis Communications' Brasilian Services Group, IntraGlobis Internacional. Under the terms of the licensing agreement, ISVG through SkyberCorp and IntraGlobis are expected to supply the first combined navigational and anti-theft tracking application in Brasil, utilizing a variety of technologies. This build out is intended to drive-in substantial revenues.
Having what it believes to be the expertise, the best solution and innovative thinking, IntraGlobis has been working closely with several entities in Brasil to provide high-tech components in their efforts to build out a SyMPL (a patented system for mobile position and location) logistic platform and develop an integrated call center. Additional licenses of applications for fleet monitoring involve several major suppliers of telematics solutions and a central call center. The discussions with the insurance entities will provide for an agreement to arrange funding through the major banks in Brasil. In addition to the funding, ISVG's affiliate is working closely with the government to obtain import exemption, which basically means no import tax for related materials used in this project.
Shmuel Machbub, COO of IntraGlobis Communications, stated, "Through our association with the Brasilian industry leaders, we are experiencing strong reception and invitations to provide our current telematic solution for commercial fleet, police and others. I'm excited and appreciate the hard work and efforts made by the entire team that brought us so far. The IntraGlobis Brasil Team has been working very hard. I am glad we have this opportunity."
