JASPER ENGINES & TRANSMISSIONS TO DISPLAY DAVE BLANEY SHOW CAR
AT LEBANON VALLEY ON MAY 24TH

WEST LEBANON, NY - Jasper Engines and Transmissions, "Your Choice In 
Remanufactured Products" will bring the #77 NASCAR Winston Cup Ford Taurus 
driven by Dave Blaney to Lebanon Valley Speedway on Saturday May 24th.

Celebrating its 61st year in 2003, Jasper Engines & Transmissions serves as 
the primary sponsor of the #77 Jasper Motorsports Ford. With locations in 29 
cities nationwide, Jasper Engines is the largest mass-remanufacturer of 
gasoline and diesel engines in the world.

"We are excited to bring the Jasper Engines and Transmissions show car to 
Lebanon Valley, Dave really enjoys coming to "The Valley" stated Jasper 
Factory Representative Sean Sullivan. "Dave is looking forward to "Thunder in 
the Valley V" on July 24th. He would love to win another dirt race".

Blaney, a former World of Outlaws Sprint Car Champion is no stranger to the 
dirt. Last year Dave along with his family bought Sharon Speedway in 
Hartford, Ohio. The 3/8 mile banked oval is one of the oldest continuously 
running dirt tracks in the country.

The Jasper Team has gotten off to a pretty good start on the Cup circuit in 
2003. Dave captured his first ever Winston Cup Pole Position at Rockingham 
and followed it up with a career best third place finish at Darlington a 
couple of weeks later. The Jasper Team recorded three top ten finishes over a 
four-week period.

The #77 Jasper Ford Taurus Winston Cup show car will be on display at Lebanon 
Valley Speedway as part of the speedways Memorial Day Weekend Special on 
Saturday May 24th. Anderson Equipment, T-Net and Yankee Trails World Travel 
will sponsor the evening's events. Twin Modified Features are on tap along 
with all the regular divisions. Gates open at 5pm with racing at 6pm. General 
admission adult tickets are $10 with kids under 12 "Just-A-Buck".

Don't forget the World of Outlaws Sprint Cars presented by CARQUEST Auto 
Parts will also be part of the big Memorial Day Weekend Special. The Outlaws 
will thrill the fans on Memorial Day, Monday May 26th. Plenty of good seats
