ResortQuest International Signs Alliance With AAA's Auto Club Group

    MEMPHIS, Tenn.--April 30, 2003--ResortQuest International, Inc. , the nation's leading manager and marketer of vacation condos, homes and villas, has reached an agreement with The Auto Club Group, an organization of AAA clubs that include: Chicago Motor Club, AAA Michigan, AAA Minnesota/Iowa, AAA Nebraska, AAA North Dakota and AAA Wisconsin. This agreement will give Auto Club Group members preferred rates on ResortQuest vacation rentals across North America.
    Under the agreement, The Auto Club Group members will receive the best possible rental price on the quality-rated ResortQuest managed accommodations throughout the continental United States and Canada and at Maui Condo & Homes of Hawaii.
    The Auto Club Group serves over 4.1 million members through its 270 sales locations in Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska and North Dakota.
    ResortQuest's and The Auto Club Group's alliance is the second time that the nationally-branded vacation rental company has signed with a local AAA club. In October, ResortQuest reached an agreement with AAA Auto Club South to proved special packages to its 3.1 million members.
    ResortQuest manages fully furnished vacation rentals in every price range, from affordable spacious condos and villas to luxurious private homes; rates for quality vacation condos and homes start at under $100 per night.
