Kingsley Coach Receives the First Chassis for Standardizing Production
MIDDLEBURG, Pa., April 29 -- Kingsley Coach, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: KNGS) announced today it has officially started production at the facility in Ramsey, Minnesota with the first body being built along with the arrival of the first 2004 Kenworth T2000 chassis at the new facility.
The chassis is the beginning of the first standardized product. The standardization of the product will allow Kingsley Coach to increase volume and profits. Standardizing will mean each of the coaches produced in Minnesota will be similar in construction however, customers will have a choice of four basic floor plans and still be able to choose their interior color scheme.
Ralph Dickenson, CEO of Kingsley Coach stated, "The standardized production line will allow Kingsley Coach to establish a crew who will become very familiar with the product, therefore reducing man hours and improving efficiency."
The first coach is scheduled to be completed within the next 45 days.
