TNT Logistics received the award in the category "Inbound, Internal Movement, Line Feeding" for exceeding expectations in GM's Brazilian business needs and achieving an overall damage free delivery service of 99%. The award was presented to Roberto Rossi, Group Managing Director TNT Logistics, during a ceremony in Miami on 12th April 2003.

"We are again delighted to be receiving an award from GM, a strategically important customer for TNT Logistics," said Rossi. "We are particularly pleased as we have also just been awarded a Certificate of Merit from GM in Brazil for the exceptional work carried out by our Latin America business unit."     The GM Supplier of the Year award began as a global program in 1992. Award-winners are selected by a global team of executives from purchasing, engineering, manufacturing and logistics who base their decisions on supplier performance in quality, service, technology and price.
