GeoLogistics Appoints Karl Nutzinger CEO of its EMEA Region

    SANTA ANA, Calif.--April 25, 2003--GeoLogistics Corporation announced today that Karl Nutzinger has commenced his new role as CEO of its EMEA region. In this role, Nutzinger directs all aspects of GeoLogistics' operations across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
    Nutzinger, 47, is a freight forwarding industry veteran with a long career at two German multinational forwarding companies. Most recently, Nutzinger was Regional Director for Central Europe at Schenker AG, one of several key positions held at the forwarder. Nutzinger began his career at Johann Birkart GmbH & Co. and progressed rapidly through its management ranks, serving in Israel, South East Asia and Germany. While in Asia, he led the company's growth and expansion efforts. His success record also includes directing a turnaround of Birkart's Berlin operations.
