Details of Ford's Proxy Statement and Annual Report Release

Ford Motor Company will file its 2003 proxy materials with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday, April 28.

Reporters are invited to come to the Ford World Headquarters Media Center at 9:30 a.m. (EDT) April 28 to pick up copies of the proxy statement and the 2002 Annual Report. Ford representatives will be available at that time to answer questions.

The proxy statement and Annual Report also will be posted at www.shareholder.ford.com
