Thrifty Car Rental Opens New Facility Serving Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport

TULSA, Okla., April 23 -- Thrifty Car Rental announced today it has opened a new, and much larger facility to better serve its customers at Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport.

South Florida Transport, Inc. (dba Thrifty Car Rental) the Thrifty franchise owner for the Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood airport opened the location at 1600 NE 7th Ave., Dania Beach, Florida (954-463-8060) on April 14. The facility is open 24 hours and every day of the week.

Thrifty customers who are arriving at the airport will go to the rental counters located in baggage claim and then take the free Thrifty shuttle to the new location to pick up their vehicle. Customers will also be able to personally choose their own vehicle from among those available in their selected size category.
