CASCAR KICKS OFF RACE SEASON WITH 2003 MEDIA DAY

LONDON, ON - CASCAR will Officially kick-off the Canadian race season with
the 2003 CASCAR Media Day, which will be held on Thursday May 1st at the
Canadian Motorsports Hall of Fame in Toronto. The Canadian Motorsports Hall
of Fame is located in the Hall of Fame Building in Exhibition Place.

Many top Super Series teams and drivers will be on hand to greet the press,
show off new sponsors, unveil new paint schemes, and talk about their plans
for the 2003 season. Haulers and race cars will be on display in the parking
lot directly across the street from the Hall of Fame Building. With the
Super Series schedule getting underway just two weeks later with the Mopar
300 Weekend at Delaware Speedway, the timing is perfect to learn all the
latest news for Canada's top race teams.

Garry Evans, Cayuga 2000 Speedway president, will be on hand to talk about
the Canada Day Shootout event including the guest NASCAR drivers. Details of
promotional activities surrounding the Molson Indy Toronto and Vancouver
events along with other Super Series events will also be discussed.

While the media conference is only open to accredited members of the media,
fans are welcome to drop by the outdoor area between 1:30 and 3:00 pm to
have a chance to meet their favorite drivers and check out the cars and
haulers on display. Be sure to bring your camera, as there will be lots of
great photo opportunities!

The CASCAR Super Series is Canada's top level of stock car racing, with 12
events held in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, and British Columbia. Over 150 race
teams across the country compete in CASCAR's three series': the EMCO Western
Series, CARQUEST Sportsman Series, and the Super Series.

10:30 am			Doors open at the Hall of Fame for accredited media
11:00 am			Media conference begins
12:30 pm			A light lunch is served
1:00 pm to 3:00 pm	Open forum interview and photo opportunities across the
street in the car and hauler display area
