Kingsley Coach, Inc. Announces Expiration of Stock Option

MIDDLEBURG, Pa., April 22 -- Kingsley Coach, Inc., (BULLETIN BOARD: KNGS) announced that on April 4, 2003 it issued to Dan Rubin of Rubin Investment Group, Inc. an option to purchase 4,000,000 shares of Kingsley Coach common stock. Mr. Rubin exercised the option to purchase 100,000 shares. On April 15, 2003 the option expired. Kingsley Coach intends to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission a post-effective amendment to its S-8 Registration Statement removing the remaining 3,900,000 shares from registration.
