ProQuest Company Appoints Senior Management

Andrew Wyszkowski appointed President of ProQuest Business Solutions, Bruce Rhoades named Senior Vice President, Strategy & Technology for ProQuest Company

ANN ARBOR, Mich., April 22 -- ProQuest Company , a leading provider of information solutions and content to the library, classroom, automotive and powersports markets, today announced promotions at its Business Solutions unit and at ProQuest Company, effective immediately.

Andy Wyszkowski has been named president of ProQuest Business Solutions and will report to Alan Aldworth, president and chief executive officer of ProQuest Company. Wyszkowski joined ProQuest Business Solutions in January 2001 as chief technology officer, and in May 2001, was named senior vice president and general manager of ProQuest Media Solutions. He was appointed chief operating officer of ProQuest Business Solutions in October 2002.

The company also announced that Bruce Rhoades, ProQuest Business Solutions' president and chief executive officer since 2001, has been appointed to a newly created position, senior vice president, Strategy and Technology for ProQuest Company. Since joining ProQuest in 1999, Rhoades has successfully managed several of the company's business units. He will continue to report to Aldworth.
