allianceSoft and BakBone Software Announce Solution Installation at the Chrysler Group

    SAN DIEGO--April 21, 2003--allianceSoft Inc., a Detroit-based provider of software solutions, and BakBone Software(TM) (OTCBB:BKBOF), a global provider of data recovery software, jointly announced today that they have been selected by the Chrysler Group to deliver a data protection solution for its Mopar parts and accessories division.
    BakBone's NetVault(TM) solution will be deployed across Mopar's North American operations as a backup and recovery tool. NetVault's scalability and ease of deployment will provide Mopar with the ability to launch quickly and administer and troubleshoot from one central location. The same scalability and ease of deployment will provide the tools necessary to manage three data centers comprised of several Storage Area Networks (SANs) for Chrysler Group's ITM organization, which can also be administered from one central location.
