Provisionals may be added to the field for a former USAR Hooters ProCup Series champion, or a former USAR Hooters ProCup Series Rookie of the Year who competed in 2002.

·         Bobby Gill is the defending champion of this race.

·         Jason Sarvis has rejoined his RBR Enterprises Team at Ace and will defend his 2002 championship with the team he won with in 2002.

·         Stacy Puryear and Bobby Gill are the only two drivers who have finished in the top-10 in all three previous races held at Ace Speedway.

·         The race is somewhat of a homecoming for Michael Ritch. Ritch, who races out of nearby High Point, NC, finished 11th at Ace Speedway last season in his first race there in the Series.
