Patriot Motorcycles Announces Steel Dreams DVD Distribution Deal With MirKat Media

RIVERSIDE Calif., April 17 -- Michael Shannon CEO of Patriot Motorcycles announced today that its entertainment Media Division, Steel Dreams Productions has signed a exclusive long term distribution agreement with MirKat Media, Inc.

The agreement calls for MirKat Media to manufacture and distribute all of the Steel Dreams TV shows from 2001 through the 2004 television season along with other special programming that Steel Dreams and Steel Dreams Event Co. will produce in the future, including "The Wild Girls of Sturgis" currently in production.

Steel Dreams is currently in its second broadcast season and is the #1 celebrity driven power sports show on TV. The show is syndicated nationally and is broadcast into approximately 70 million United States homes and airs on Fox, WB, UPN, NBC and CBS network affiliates and other independent stations.

Guests on Steel Dreams have included Jesse James, the host of the #1 show on Discovery Channel "Monster Garage", Kiss, Aerosmith, Paul Digeria (of Paul Mitchell), Carroll Shelby (developer of the Ford Mustang and Shelby Cobra), Tony Schumacher (world champion NHRA "Top Fuel Driver" for the U.S. Army car) and John Force (winner of 10 straight and 12 overall world champion funny car titles).

MirKat Media is planning to launch the first in a series of 13 DVDs of Steel Dreams first season beginning in July 2003 followed by "The Wild Girls of Sturgis" in September just in time for the Christmas selling season.

Sales from the release of the first 13 DVDs consisting of all 26 episodes from the first season of Steel Dreams are expected to exceed sales of over 200,000 units.
