Walsh College Alumni Will Host GM Exec at Networking Event on May 7

Ballew is the second speaker in the WCAA Leadership Lecture Series. Alumni, students and guests are invited to join the networking and learning event. Ballew's topic will be "The auto industry and its effect on the economy." He is General Motors Corporation's executive director for Global Market and Industry Analysis and is responsible for the company's forecasting, market and industry analysis and planning activities as well as economic and consumer research. He has served as senior economist for the Federal Reserve and as an advisor to Chairman Alan Greenspan. Ballew was a member of the Walsh College finance faculty from 1990-1995.
