Auto Aftermarket Supplier Reduces Inventory Investment By 15% With Economic Forecasting and Inventory Optimization Applications

AUSTIN, Texas and SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., April 15 -- CCITRIAD and JDA(R) Software Group, Inc. today announced that Parts Warehouse, Inc. (PWI), has reduced inventory investment by 15 percent and increased service levels following the successful implementation of CCITRIAD's A-DIS solution and JDA Portfolio(R) Advanced Warehouse Replenishment by E3(TM). The companies also announced that they have signed a three-year extension to their partnership agreement as a result of this successful implementation.

CCITRIAD's A-DIS solution provides centralized inventory management, financial reporting, sales history reporting, and connectivity with its PartExpert, the industry's leading electronic catalog. JDA's Warehouse Replenishment solution is helping PWI, the warehouse distributor for automotive after parts retail operator Replacement Parts, Inc., increase its purchasing effectiveness by tracking product demand over several years and developing order policies aimed at maximizing profits.
