Global Pocket PC Signs Provider Agreement With Momentum BMW for Aftermarket Navigation Systems

HOUSTON--April 15, 2003--Wireless industry innovators Integrated Services Group (OTC-PK:ISVG) announced today that Global Pocket PC Solutions, one of ISVG's affiliates, signed a provider contract with Momentum BMW of Houston, an authorized franchise for BMW North America. Elizabeth Ferris, CEO of ISVG, stated, "As per the agreement, Global Pocket PC will supply the latest in navigational systems as an integrated aftermarket solution for new and pre-owned vehicles. The signing of this latest contract is one more indication of our strong growth model going forward and the expanding interest in the wireless market."
According to Global Pocket PC the core aim of the agreement is to provide the dealer with the latest in on-the-dash technology that is consistent with or better than what the manufacturer provides and at the same time offering a best value for the new or pre-owned customer. This technology provides a PocketPC based navigational system with the latest in "turn-by-turn" voice prompted directions and trip sequencing as well as a very nice visual map interface.
The agreement with Momentum is intended to promote several integrated products with the full support of the several suppliers providing map support, roadside assistance and dealer supported customer service efforts including dynamic point of interests and real time traffic feeds. Real time traffic and dynamic points of interest features require the Pocket PC Phone Edition capable of SMS and wireless Internet.
Forward-looking statements in this release are made pursuant to the "safe harbor" provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Investors are cautioned that such forward-looking statements involve risks and uncertainties, including without limitations, continued acceptance of the Company's products, increased levels of competition for the Company, new products and technological changes, the Company's dependence on third-party suppliers, and other risks detailed from time to time in the Company's periodic reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. ISVG previously announced an exclusively license agreement to integrate the patent pending Lock-In-Load system to prevent terrorist activity. The company previously stated to expect one million in revenue by end of third quarter. As this is a new product integrated and licensed by a start up company, the company has no basis for the previously stated revenue forecast. However the company believes that it will generate substantial revenues related to the Lock-In-Load.
