DETROIT--April 14, 2003--UnitedAuto Group, Inc. , a FORTUNE 500 automotive specialty retailer, will host a conference call discussing financial results for its first quarter on Monday, April 28, at 2 pm ET/ 1 pm CT/ 12 pm MT/ 11 pm PT.The call will follow the release that morning of first quarter earnings for UnitedAuto Group.
