USCO Logistics Presents Annual Associate Awards

    HAMDEN, Conn.--April 14, 2003--

    - Chuck Arfsten earns Ray Jarr Memorial Award,
    company's highest honor -

    Chuck Arfsten is the 2002 recipient of the Ray Jarr Memorial Award, the highest honor granted by USCO Logistics, a leading North American provider of integrated supply chain solutions. The award, named for the late USCO Director of Risk Management, is presented annually to the associate who embodies the highest principles of integrity and teamwork. Mr. Arfsten is the Vice President of JCPenney Operations, and is based in Charlotte, N.C.
    In addition, USCO Logistics presented its annual associate awards for 2002. The award recipients, their titles and home bases are:
