Apogee Enterprises Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

    MINNEAPOLIS--April 10, 2003--The Board of Directors of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. announced it has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.0575 per share, payable May 14, 2003 to shareholders of record April 29, 2003. The company has approximately 27.2 million shares outstanding.
