It Must Be Spring - Hertz' Florida Drive Out Program is Back

PARK RIDGE, N.J., April 10 -- Winter is over and that means it's time for Hertz' Florida Drive Out Program. The Program provides one-way rates as low as $27 per day/$129 per week for a mid-size car for any qualified renters in Florida looking to drive North with the warmer weather. Customers lock in a great deal as Hertz repositions its rental fleet after the winter "high season" in Florida.

Available for pick up at all corporate Florida locations, the Florida Drive Out Program is available April 1 - May 21, 2003. To take advantage of this offer, customers must rent a vehicle from a Florida Hertz location and return it to any one of the more than 45 designated Hertz corporate locations in Connecticut, Detroit, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, New York, New Jersey or Ohio (a complete list of locations is attached).

  Program details include:

   * Additional rates available for full-size vehicles, convertibles, SUVs
     and minivans.
   * Customers must ask for Rate Code (RQ Code) 1WAY at time of booking.
   * There are no drop-off fees and unlimited mileage is available for all
     rentals.
   * A 28-day maximum rental applies.
   * Rates require a 24-hour advance reservation and are subject to change
     without notice.
   * Availability is limited and blackout dates apply.
   * Florida Drive Out Program Rates cannot be combined with any other
     promotion, offer or discount.
