PRUETT TO APPEAR ON CAR AND DRIVER RADIO

LONG BEACH, Calif. ‹ Two-time Trans-Am Series for the BFGoodrich® Tires Cup
champion Scott Pruett is scheduled to be interviewed on ³Car and Driver
Radio,² hosted by Alan Taylor on 97.1 FM Talk in Los Angeles. Pruett will be
part of a live remote being held in the Expo Center at the Toyota Grand Prix
of Long Beach temporary circuit Saturday, April 12 at 3:30 p.m.

After an eight-year hiatus, Pruett marked his return to the Trans-Am Series
this season with a victory in the season-opening Grand Prix of St.
Petersburg in February. Pruett hopes to become only the second driver to win
more than one race at Long Beach, joining team owner and three-time drivers¹
titleholder Paul Gentilozzi.

Pruett last competed in the Trans-Am Series full time in 1994, before stints
in the Champ Car World Series and NASCAR. Pruett won the 1987 Long Beach
Trans-Am Series race.

Taylor brings a cutting edge style to the airwaves with his
entertainment-driven, comedic, honest and open discussions about the
automotive world. Taylor¹s career has been a successful one, perfecting his
show in more than 100 markets coast to coast. His last stint hosting ³Motor
Trend Radio² produced 14 broadcast awards including "Best in Radio" from the
International Automotive Media Awards (IAMA) in New York.

Taylor is producer and host of "Car and Driver Radio." Taylor interviews the
industry's most powerful CEOs, designers, race car drivers and decision

No stranger to the broadcast booth himself, Pruett will be doing double duty
at Long Beach, calling the Champ Car World Series race prior to the racing
in the Trans-Am Series event.

The Trans-Am Series for the BFGoodrich Tires Cup features closed-fendered,
production-based, V-8-powered sports cars. The Trans-Am Series is America¹s
oldest continuously running sports car racing series and celebrates its 38th
anniversary in 2003.

The next Trans-Am Series race is scheduled for April 13, during the Toyota
Grand Prix of Long Beach weekend. The race will air on a same-day,
tape-delayed basis on SPEED Channel at 9 p.m. ET.
