Sika Automotive Selected for Acoustic, Damping and Barrier Components For the New DaimlerChrysler Pacifica

MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich., April 10 -- Sika Automotive will proudly watch the rollout this spring of DaimlerChrysler's new Pacifica. Chosen as the supplier of acoustic solutions for the Pacifica, Sika Automotive will supply custom designed acoustic baffles, constrained layer dampers, barrier plugs and barrier patches.

SikaDamp(R) 630, the newest, best-in-class, lightweight mastic constrained layer damper and SikaBarrier(R) 600, a high density barrier plug, are two new product technologies recently introduced by Sika Automotive.
