SiriCOMM and VES Introduce a Breakthrough in Wireless Automotive Diagnostics

Patented Wi-Fi Process Provides Real-time, Remote Vehicle Performance Data

JOPLIN, Mo., April 9 -- SiriCOMM, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: SIRC) and Vehicle Enhancement Systems, Inc. announce a breakthrough in wireless automotive maintenance diagnostics with their recent demonstration of the InstaCheck system. InstaCheck incorporates each company's patented and patent pending technologies to enable real-time downloads of vehicle diagnostic data to remote maintenance service centers. This is achieved without vehicles being physically present at a maintenance facility or being taken out of service. In addition to helping vehicle owners avoid costly breakdowns and operating inefficiencies, InstaCheck will also provide vehicle manufacturers with critical product reliability and warranty data. SiriCOMM worked with VES to Wi-Fi enable InstaCheck, expanding the scope of the device for other industry applications including: insurance, roadside information retrieval, and entertainment.

SiriCOMM and VES recently conducted demonstrations of InstaCheck at the American Trucking Associations' Truck Maintenance Council annual meeting in Charlotte, NC and at the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration/ITS America Commercial Vehicle Technology Symposium in Las Vegas, NV. InstaCheck will be sold as a new vehicle option and as an aftermarket product through commercial truck dealerships. The companies have executed agreements with national distribution networks.
