Energy Visions, Inc., CEO Outlines Strategic Initiatives

    TORONTO--April 9, 2003--Mr. D. Wayne Hartford, President and CEO of Energy Visions, Inc. ("EVI" or "Energy Visions") (OTCBB:EGYV) (TSXV:EVI.S), states that, "Energy Visions' Management has evaluated its core technologies and as a result has presented to its Board of Directors several strategic initiatives designed to maximize shareholder value and to position Energy Visions as a leading developer and manufacturer of portable power systems."
