A.O. Smith Declares Quarterly Dividend

MILWAUKEE, April 8 -- Directors of A.O. Smith Corporation today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.14 per share on Common Stock and Class A Common Stock.

The dividend is payable on May 15 to shareholders of record April 30.
