Mitsubishi Motors North America and the LA Clippers Provide Local Youth With Afternoon Jammed With Fun

   Mitsubishi Junior Clippers Participate in Basketball Tournament And
                               Celebration

   What:     Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA), the Los Angeles
             Clippers, and the Los Angeles City Recreation and Parks (LACRP)
             are hosting a fun-filled afternoon at the Mitsubishi Junior
             Clippers JAM, a mini basketball tournament and end-of-year
             celebration for program participants and their families.

             Featured activities include:
             *  rides
             *  interactive games
             *  a Read to Achieve area with guest readers and an opportunity
                for participants to enter to win mountain bikes
             *  a youth basketball tournament
             *  a 3-on-3 corporate challenge

   When:     Saturday, April 5, 2003
             10 a.m. - 2 p.m. prior to the Clippers game against the New
              York Knicks

   Why:      The JAM celebrates the 2002-2003 season for the Mitsubishi
             Junior Clippers, a program designed to work exclusively with
             inner city children ages five to 15 to promote the fundamentals
             of basketball, sportsmanship, and athletics as an alternative
             to negative influences.  Now in its third year, the program has
             expanded to include more than 1,500 participants from eight
             recreation centers throughout Los Angeles.
