Tom Martino's Troubleshooter Network Endorses Automotive Avenues; Dedication to Service and Spotless Background Earns Dealership Endorsement

DENVER--April 2, 2003--The Aimbridge Group, a provider of financial products through partnerships with credit unions, announced Automotive Avenues, Inc. (AAI) is now a member of an exclusive referral list provided by consumer advocate Tom Martino www.troubleshooter.com.
Automotive Avenues, an entity of Aimbridge Automotive, a division of The Aimbridge Group, is a complete one-stop new and used automobile dealership, including a purchase and lease program, service and parts facilities and on-site financing exclusively for credit unions.
Tom Martino is known as "The Troubleshooter" on his nationally syndicated talk show, which airs in more than 250 cities. In Denver the show can be heard on KHOW.
As part of the show, Martino began his full service Web site to disseminate consumer information to the public. One of the fundamental pieces of Martino's efforts is the exclusive referral list. As a place to find reputable merchants, contractors and service providers, inclusion in the list cannot be bought or sold, but must be earned. According to Martino, Automotive Avenues deserves a spot on the referral list because they exceed the high standard of ethics he places on members.
In order to be included on The Troubleshooter Network's referral list, Automotive Avenues had to pass through the scrutiny of an extensive background check. The network surveyed the individuals working in the company. It also reviewed court records, credit referrals, complaint history and customer references, to name a few.
"Our research led us to understand that the people behind AAI are innovators," Martino said. "The employees at the dealership weren't the type of people that wanted to fit into our list and tweaked their program to try to make the cut. They have been doing things a different way for 15 years and were already meeting our standards. Automotive Avenues has been doing business in a way that rarely elicits complaints. The dealership handles minor challenges professionally, in a timely manner - they are truly a cut above."
Martino stated that the background check is only part of the process. Candidates for the list have to meet the network's standards of excellence. Some characteristics that set Automotive Avenues apart from its competition include having a standardized and organized way to manage customer service. The company also takes the mystery out of car buying by educating members about the experience and providing safe and convenient car buying environment.
"It doesn't matter what you do for a living or how sophisticated you are," Martino said, "the car buying business is complicated and you need help. Automotive Avenues is truly an advocate on your side when you are making big decisions."
Among seven Denver area dealerships, Automotive Avenues has been on The Troubleshooter Network's referral list since November 2002, and continues to operate with zero complaints.
